Return & Exchange Policy
1. Exchange Policy

To request an exchange, please email us at help@cielodenim.com within 3 days from receiving your order. Requests submitted later cannot be processed.

Each order is eligible for up to two exchange requests.

Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all tags attached. Items missing tags will not be accepted.

If an exchange is cancelled (e.g., due to rescheduling or later refusal), the request is voided and cannot be renewed.

Exchange fees apply and may differ from the original delivery fees.

International orders (outside Egypt) are not eligible for exchanges.
2. Return & Refund Policy

To request a return, email us at help@cielodenim.com within 7 days from receiving your order. Late requests cannot be processed.

Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all tags attached. Items missing tags will not be accepted.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to determine refund eligibility.

Cash refunds are not available. Refunds will be processed via Instapay, bank transfer or digital wallet — after deducting applicable return fees (which differ from delivery fees).

Items bought on sale, under discount, or items that are already out of stock are eligible for refunds in store credit

Refunds are processed within 7-15 working days after the item is picked up.

International orders (outside Egypt): once shipped, they cannot be cancelled or refunded.
