RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Policy

  • Notify us of your exchange request via email at help@cielodenim.com on the same day of delivery, late requests cannot be processed.
  • Exchanges can be only processed through email
    Each order is limited to two requests only
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all tags attached. Items missing tags will not be accepted.
  • Cancelled exchanges due to rescheduling or cancellations will void your request, and it cannot be renewed.
  • Exchange fees apply, and may differ from delivery fees.
  • International orders are not eligible for exchanges.


Return Policy

  • Notify us of your return request via email at help@cielodenim.com on the same day of delivery, late requests cannot be processed.
  • Returns can be only processed through email
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all tags attached. Items missing tags will not be accepted.
  • Items will be inspected upon return to determine eligibility for a refund.
  • Cash refunds are not available. Refunds are processed via Instapay, bank transfer, or digital wallets after deducting return fees, which differ from delivery fees.
  • Cancelled returns will void your request, and it cannot be renewed.
  • Items on sale, discount, or out of stock are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
  • Refunds take 7–15 working days to process after the item is picked up.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns.
