Return & Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Policy

  • To request an exchange, please email us at help@cielodenim.com within 3 days from receiving your order. Requests submitted later cannot be processed.

  • Each order is eligible for up to two exchange requests.

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all tags attached. Items missing tags will not be accepted.

  • If an exchange is cancelled (e.g., due to rescheduling or later refusal), the request is voided and cannot be renewed.

  • Exchange fees apply and may differ from the original delivery fees.

  • International orders (outside Egypt) are not eligible for exchanges.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • To request a return, email us at help@cielodenim.com within 7 days from receiving your order. Late requests cannot be processed.

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all tags attached. Items missing tags will not be accepted.

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to determine refund eligibility.

  • Cash refunds are not available. Refunds will be processed via Instapay, bank transfer or digital wallet — after deducting applicable return fees (which differ from delivery fees).

  • Items bought on sale, under discount, or items that are already out of stock are eligible for refunds in store credit

  • Refunds are processed within 7-15 working days after the item is picked up.

  • International orders (outside Egypt): once shipped, they cannot be cancelled or refunded.
